Welcome to our new payment page.  We worked extremely hard in perfecting a page, which is user friendly.
You will now be able to pay by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, e-Checks, or mail your payment to us via the US Postal Service.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Mail in Checks:
From your Personal or Business checking accounts, Money Order
or Cashiers Checks.

**CHECKING ACCOUNTS MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING ORDER AND CURRENT.  ALL RETURNED CHECKS HAS A FEE OF $30.00.**

Credit Cards
:  Master, Visa, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards, will be
accepted through Google Checkout and Paypal.

Note:  Beginning in August 2010 a Convenience Fee ($3.00) will be added to each online payment tranaction.  If you pay by check (Personal or Business) a Convenience Fee is not added.

We will only accept emails, voicemails, instant messengers, schedule appointments and faxes.
Our office is open, but our phone lines will be
closed and calls for service will be routed to our
on Call Receptionist.

On Call Receptionist will handle calls from
9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

AfterHours Voicemail will handle calls from
5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.


VoiceMail will be checked 45 minutes
to the hour and calls returned promptly.
